RULES & REGULATIONS
FOR STAYING AT TARUN RESIDENCE MOTOCAMP (TRMC)
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in time: After 2:00 PM
Check-out time: Before 12:00 PM
Any request for late check-out is subject to management approval and additional charges.
ROOM OCCUPANCY
Only registered guests are permitted to stay in the room. Any additional guests must be reported to the management. TRMC Management reserves the right to impose additional charges or deny entry if the number of occupants exceeds the permitted limit.
SAFETY & PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Guests are fully responsible for their own safety and that of their family members, including children, especially around the swimming pool and resort surroundings. Please keep valuables in a safe place. Vehicles must be parked in designated areas at the owner’s own risk, and doors/windows must be locked when leaving the room. TRMC Management shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings or for guests’ negligence regarding safety.
CONDUCT
Guests must maintain peace and observe proper conduct throughout their stay. Any form of disturbance, excessive noise, or inappropriate behaviour, especially after 10:00 PM, is strictly prohibited. Drugs, alcohol, and any illegal activities are strictly forbidden. TRMC Management reserves the right to terminate the stay without refund in the event of serious misconduct.
NO SMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms and enclosed areas within TRMC. A cleaning fee will be imposed for any violation of this rule.
RESORT PROPERTY
Removing resort property or rearranging furniture is not allowed. Guests are responsible for any damage or loss and must report any damage immediately. Any damage or loss will be charged according to the rates determined by management.
CANCELLATION & PAYMENT
Booking cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy set by TRMC Management. Full payment and a security deposit must be settled during check-in. The security deposit will be refunded after check-out, subject to room inspection.
CLEANLINESS
Guests must maintain cleanliness in the room and surrounding areas. Please dispose of rubbish in designated bins. Cooking and the use of hair dye inside the room are strictly prohibited.
PETS
Pets are strictly not allowed within the TRMC premises.
LOSS OF KEYS & REMOTE CONTROLS
A replacement charge will be imposed for the loss of keys or remote controls (TV, air conditioner, fan).
MANAGEMENT RIGHTS
TRMC Management reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these rules and regulations at any time without prior notice. Management also reserves the right to terminate the stay if any of the rules are violated.
